Fire Safety Training

​All our fire safety training courses are delivered by highly experienced professionals, who have worked for many years in the UK Fire and Rescue services as operational firefighters and fire safety educators.

 

This means that they have the knowledge and experience to deliver courses that are relevant, realistic, and interesting.

Fire Warden

As part of a buildings Emergency Response Team the fire wardens play a key role in making sure the workplace stays safe as well as ensuring if things do go wrong the required response takes place. The course syllabus includes:

  • How fires start & spread

  • The cost of fire

  • The employer’s responsibility

  • Fire doors and escape routes

  • Fire Warden responsibilities

  • The prevention & detection of fire

  • Evacuation

Fire Extinguisher User

A practical short course for employees who may need to use a fire extinguisher at work.
 
Our trainers will familiarise delegates with the equipment commonly in use in your buildings before finally working with them to extinguish a real fire using the equipment they would have available to them in the workplace.
